Located in the Westchester/Playa Del Rey neighborhood of Los Angeles, Cinco is a new restaurant & bar from the Greylight group. Cinco is serving up authentic Oaxacan style Mexican food and features an extensive beer list (draft and bottle) that celebrates local craft breweries, as well as some old world standards. Cinco’s spirits and cocktail program are centered around an appreciation for mezcal, tequila, aged rums and whiskies. The extensive cocktail list incorporates modern methods and ingredients, while remaining firmly grounded in classic bartending.

 

Cinco’s design concept is both rustic and industrial — the artwork and furniture design are both a nod to Mexican, specifically Oaxacan, culture, while the steel bar and use of industrial pipes are a nod to a more industrial Los Angeles. Cinco is the synthesis of the diverse strengths of five partners, who have brought their respective knowledge of art, cocktails, beer, and food into one comprehensive vision.

Corned Beef Sandwich

Clove-rubbed corned beef and coleslaw between two pieces of cowboy fry bread. Served with a side salad or fried potatoes.

 

Wild Turkey Club

Thick cuts of roasted wild turkey, wild onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and black bread.

 

 

Brisket Sandwich

Slow-smoked beef brisket cut into thin slices, pickled okra, wild onions, tomatoes, and black bread. Served with a side salad or fried potatoes.

 

Bison Burger

Potato bun, lettuce, tomato, wild onions, and pepper jack cheese. Served with a side salad or fried potatoes.

 

Mutton Stew

Tenderized mutton, carrots, celery, tomatoes, onion, rosemary, and black pepper. Served with two sourdough biscuits.

 

Wild Boar Shoulder

Pan-seared wild boar, cracked peppercorns, and red wine glaze. Served with hot corn cakes and a side salad. 

 

Whole Quails

Two whole roasted quails stuffed with oregano and garlic. Served with roasted beets, leeks, and potatoes.
